Geil gehört w/Chris (ADDITIONAL TIME)

Episode von EARBVDS von EARBVDS · 1. März 2026 · 2 h 19 min

Bebebebeuuuuuuj (insert air horn sound)! We’re back! New year, new tracks, new tracksuits – as is fitting for our casually smart, leisurely-clothed guest! Yes, we’re doubling down on harkening our hardcore heritage! So, join us for an inspiring, snapbackin’, street-creddin’, anger-managin’ blast of an episode with the one and only Chris of Saarland’s OG hardcore unit Additional Time.

After we have unearthed every hatebreeding detail about the long-spanning and far-reaching ventures of our illustrious guest, we discuss another eclectic selection of fresh tunes, including the recent releases by Møl – Dreamcrush (00:25:46), Fossilization – Advent of Wounds (00:35:18), Kreator – Krushers of the World (00:43:58), Skulld – Abyss Calls to Abyss (00:53:00), and Converge – Love Is Not Enough (01:03:45).

As usual, the “lost & found” section of the show comes with a new category! This episode, we are looking for “the album with the best vocal performance”. Polish your pipes and fasten your false chords, as we plunge into the pleasure grottos of bawling perfection, indulging another selection of questionable choices, including Nine Inch Nails – Pretty Hate Machine (01:15:51), Killswitch Engage – The End of Heartache (01:27:30), letlive. – The Blackest Beautiful (01:38:57), Dayseeker – Sleeptalk (01:52:50), and last but not least, Leprous – Pitfalls (02:02:42).

One more thing, as usual: We’re on Discord now! Come join the cult! We would love for you to join the Earbvds family and talk music with us!

Once again, we invite you to come along for this metallic journey of epic proportions.
