Child Care with one year or staying home for 2-3 years? Pros and cons

You want to decide how long you want to stay in parental leave and if you want to give your child to daycare with one year? Then I have a few tipps for you.Most important is, that your child might be much more sick in the child care then at home! The language develops in the first 3 years and your child learns to go to the toilette in the first 3 years. So many big steps which are a bit easier to support when you stay at home or your parents or your partner stays at home or you take turns. There are also children how need more action with other children and if you just have one child, it may makes sense to give him half day to the child care.
