Are you going to a Wohnungsbesichtigung in Germany?
You may understand the apartment listing—but what should you say when you meet the landlord? Which costs should you ask about? And what can you say if the landlord speaks too quickly?
In this episode of Deutsch Podcast 101 FM, Emil and Sophia prepare for a real apartment viewing. You will learn simple, polite questions that help you understand the apartment and show genuine interest.
You will learn how to:
• introduce yourself when you arrive
• ask what is included in the rent
